Training Seminar Assessment

After I attended a workshop or seminar I felt it beneficial to my superiors if I reported what I learned and how I could apply it to my job. This was beneficial so that my employer could see how their training dollars spent were put to good use. In addition, anything new I learned I could share. Below is an example of one of those reports.
